Shipping info

Always Management accepts and ships orders almost anywhere in the world. Shipping costs vary per country and expected delivery times are mentioned during the order process.

  • Our estimated delivery times are also subject to stock availability
  • All prices displayed on this website include VAT and are in EURO’s

For orders outside the EU customs and duty fees may be charged which is beyond our control and depends on the destination country.

Please note that risk of loss or damaged product(s) passes to the customer upon (attempted) delivery of the product(s) by the Always Management carrier to the specified delivery address or as otherwise instructed by the customer.

Returns and exchanges

If you made your purchase through Sophie Francis’ webshop you can exchange your item or return it for a refund for up to 14 days after purchase (from date of receipt).

Please notify Always Management of the return by email (store@sophiefrancismusic.com) with the order number on the email subject, prior to returning the item. Always Management will handle the return process and provide you with a return number which is required to return your purchase .

After receiving the return number you can return the product(s) to the following address:

Please include a note in the return package with your order number and return number. 

Please note you'll have to cover the postage costs of the returned package yourself. For international customers it's a good idea to mark your parcel as 'returned goods' to avoid being charged any duties. The goods are your responsibility until they reach Always Management, so make sure it's packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way!.

The item(s) cannot be returned or exchanged if:

  • The label has been removed
  • The item is dirty or has been modified
  • It has been washed or used
  • Care instructions have not been followed
  • The packaging for the item is damaged or missing and/or
  • A repair has been attempted

Always Management will refund the price you purchased the item at. The amount will be credited to your account within 14 days.

In case of damaged or faulty items, Always Management will exchange the goods or could offer a full refund, including postage costs.

If you have received an incorrect item in your order, Always Management will be responsible for returning the item(s) and sending the correct order.

Tracking

You will receive tracking details for the delivery of your order via email when your order is dispatched.
